UP:  Taking my wife out to a celebratory dinner, the "Yay, We Officially Get To Keep Our House" meal, at the local TGI Fridays.  Food was delicious, service was excellent and it was a great time.

DOWN:  There is a part of me waiting for the other shoe to drop.  I can't help it; not only was I rasied by Yankees, I haven't had the greatest amount of success with this device.  Here's hoping it works out this time.
